Parish Plan
Whyteleafe and Warlingham Parish Councils have jointly completed a comprehensive survey of the needs of local people, called a Parish Plan. The whole community were involved in making this project a success. Please click here to view Whyteleafe's Parish Plan document.

Village Environment
Grassy areas of Whyteleafe have been planted with daffodils - kindly donated by Knights Garden Centre. Volunteers from the Council are planting bulbs near the roundabout by the Whyteleafe Tavern and areas near the Wapses Lodge Roundabout.

Plans are also in hand to put up hanging baskets to enhance further the general appearance of the Village as you approach from the Kenley end.

Whyteleafe Community Garden
The land acquired by the Parish Council at the bottom of Whyteleafe Hill and opposite Whyteleafe School has been transformed into the Whyteleafe Community Garden (formerly named the Jubilee Garden).
The initial hard landscaping and planting has been completed. The Council is now looking at ways to raise additional funds and sponsorship to finish off the project by providing seating and funding it's long term upkeep and maintainance for use by the local community.
